Unknown charge $1 on AMEX card.

I tryed to pay by two amercian express cards for my order, but then after 10 minutes saw the red message that apple can't charge money from this card. Later I saw that apple charge 1 dollar from two cards.

When I'll receive it back ?

Looks like a basic verifcation hold - see https://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702

They are not processed charges and will drop off your statement in a day or two.  They are just temporary and are simply used to verify that the card & account is valid or not.
