ios11 Apple mucus stopped working

I’m from the uk and currently working in the Netherlands. After updating to ios11 any music I’ve added to my library from Apple Music will not play. Nor will any streaming of Apple Music. 

I had a message saying my iTunes account is not for this region. However I’ve been using it since I got here no problems. I can’t sign out or check my iTunes account in the settings either. It just stalls. And nothing shows up and keeps asking me for my password over and over again.
