How do I sync my books on Windows?

How do I sync and manage my books if I use Windows, the new iTunes disappeared the book tab. Everywhere I search I find that I need to use the ibooks app but that is not available for windows.

You can drag and drop them onto your iDevice.

Select your device, click on File Sharing in the Sidebar list. Add files to any of the listed apps.

Books on Windows: Books on iTunes for Windows are managed in iBooks for iOS. Learn how to redownload books on an iOS device.

Bottom line is that (by design) there is no longer a way to manage your books using iTunes for Windows.  You must now manage books directly on your Apple device.
