my app store on iphone wont update my apps

Every time I click on update app it tells me to update my billing process and won’t accept my card or let me sign into PayPal and every time I click no payment option it takes me back to the same screen I don’t know what to do 

Try just logging into the account (not when trying to download something) and see if you can remove the card, that would let you download app updates (you could also possibly see if entering its details from scratch will get it accepted) : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
