Can’t connect to wifi hotspot

Hi,

after iOS 11 update (currently 11.0.2) my iPad won’t connect to my phone’s wifi hotspot. iPad tries to connect and looks like it’s connected for a second or two and then it loses the connection. My phone is Honor 8 (emui 5.0.1, android 7.0). I’ve tested also with my co-worker’s Huawei P9 and the same thing happened. I’ve tried to reset my phone’s and iPad’s network settings but that didn’t help.
