Why is it telling me my payment is declined?

I've always used the same debit card and it always worked. All of a sudden it tells me to use a different payment method and declines any of my purchases. I also can't update any apps because it's telling me my billing info is incorrect, when in fact, it is not. I have money in my account so i know that's not the issue. 



Is all your payment info up to date, including expiration date? Check carefully.
