Restarting a hand

I'm rebooting my old MacBook for my mom who doesn't have a Apple ID. I erased the mac back to factory settings, but can't get pass the "sign in with apple id" prompt. Since my mom doesn't have an apple id, how do I restart her MacBook without creating one off the bat?

If you erased it to factory condition, there should be an option to skip this step and set up the Apple ID later.
