Icloud Storage upgrade for single family members ?

I do have an existing icloud storage plan, that gives me and the membes of my family 50 GB each icloud storage -

The question now is, can i subsribe the next bigger storage which is 200 GB just for myself, or do i have to purchase the upgrade for all the members in my family ?
