Lack of Design and Usability in WatchOS4 and iOS11

I want to give a brief review of the latest iOS 11 as well as watchOS4.

First off, watchOS4 was a pleasant surprise to my Apple Watch Series 2. The device runs smooth, stable, yet I must admit to not have found many new useful features. Even more, I want to concentrate on the parts which either got worse in watchOS4 or have been introduced to watchOS4

Music. Thanks for splitting Now Playing and Music into two different Apps. I now always have to switch the complete App in order to play another playlist - or if I'm in the Music app, if I want to skip the song.
But I could arrange with that, what's really bothering me up to infinity and makes the whole Music App on the Watch useless is the fact that I simply cannot play the playlists!

I have Apple Airpods as well as Airplay Speakers. Now, when I press on a playlist I end up in a windows where it's searching for my Airpods - but since I don't wear them (because I want to play on the Airplay Speakers) I cannot play the music! It always tries to connect to the airpods and doesn't even list the airplay speakers as a possibility, nor allows me to play through the iphone speakers. This is a huge design flaw and makes using the new music app useless!

Other than that, I also want to throw in my pennies about iOS11.

iOS11 is still not capable of "Auto-Complete Word and continue writing". Imagine searching for a Street called "Kaiser-Maximillian-Fürst-Friedrich-Straße 123" in Apple Maps. You enter "Kaiser-Max" and get the whole street name suggested as the only possible street-name - BUT you cannot press it, because if you would, Apple Maps instantly uses this Streetname as the full target. You CANNOT enter any street number after selecting the only suggested streetname. So you end up deleting the whole streetname and having it to enter exactly the way the street is called letter by letter again until you can also add the street number you actually searching for.

Since that design flaw is present since iOS9, I really wonder why nobody came across the idea of this?
