My mac keeps restarting randomly?

So about last night, I was using my mac and it randomly shuts off and then the apple logo shows up + the loading bar......it loads about 75%, freezes for a bit and then restarts again and on goes the loop.

I tried getting my OSX CD that came with my computer and tried repairing the HD but it said "incompatiable format".....I then restarted the mac and it booted up on regular mode without looping again.

Suprised at this I used my mac for about 15 min but then while doing something the screen turns blue and then it restarts again, it boots up again normally, so I use my computer again for about 1 hour this time and it does the same thing AGAIN.

Frusturated at this I repair my HD in both safe mode and regular mode.....there was one spot that needed repairing in safe mode but i fixed it.

I go back to using my computer like normally but then it happens again after a considerable time.......I restart in normal mode once more now the screen kinda tweaks and turns brown this time and then restarts again. And so here we are.....It restarted about 4 times since last night and idk I am getting sick of it.

What is going on, is there anything I can do?

Adobe flash is updated, I got an extension on chrome the other day but i just deleted it hoping that would change if anything. I have yet to see if that is the cause of the problem.

But yea what do I do? Don't just say an  answer that troubleshoots the problem like " delete the OS and reinstall it"

I did that about 1.5 months ago...please tell me why my mac is doing this...
