Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter and slow speedtest
I have Macbook Air 13 2017. On WiFi I have 220/200Mbit and Web browsers work very well even better than on previous laptop with Windows, but:
I have bought Ethernet Gigabit Adapter on Thunderbolt and have real Gigabit connection in our company. On any laptop with Windows we have about 870/700 Mbit speedtets, but on my Mac i have only 670/400 Mbit. I have tested many times and in few days.
I tested also with EDIMAX USB 3.0 Ethernet Gigabit adapter and results are same. 870/700 on windows and 670/400 on Mac.
Tested on the same switch, on the same patchcord cable and the same IP address.
Tested on speedtest.pl, speedtest.net and with using iperf downloading and uploading testing data to/from my nearest BGP server.
What can I do to have better results on MacBook? I need better real results for testing our network and new configurations. I don't want back to Windows ;-)
