iTunes iCloud Playlists, Songs not showing

On my iCloud playlists the songs which were previously showing are not showing at all on any of my devices (MacBook Pro, iPhone 7, iPad Pro)

All the playlist titles are shown correctly but the playlists are empty with no songs showing at all.

All the iTunes songs are still shown and play correctly in the 'Songs' and 'artists' section.
