Accidental problem with installing windows 10

This problem consists with a MacBook Pro with the following specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

3.3 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB

I tried to install windows 10 using bootcamp and I made the error of trying to install the creator update before the anniversary update. Microsoft themselves states that this will not work and I didn't notice until after I tried to do it. Naturally it didn't work and windows 10 gave me an error of 0xc000000f. I would still like to install windows 10 but I can no longer use boot camp assistant because whenever I hit continue I get the message, "The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition. The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows." How do I either  remove the partition or continue to windows 10?
