Water damaged mac came back to life. what shoul...

So, my 2013 macbook air was water damaged this past Friday. It wasn't completely submerged under water or anything like that. i had the macbook in one of those thin drawstring bags in my trunk along with a cooler that had ice in it. apparently, the cooler may have had a hole in it that i wasn't aware of because the melted ice somehow leaked and soaked almost everything in the trunk. luckily, i had a ton of luggage in between the bag with the mac in it and the cooler. when i took the mac out of the bag, the bag was drenched and there was a thin layer of water on the bottom of it. if my memory serves me correctly, i do think the keyboard and the screen were both dry still.

When i first realized it was water damaged, i slightly had a bit of hope due to the fact that i still got the orange/green light while the charger was plugged in but i couldn't get anything but a black screen until monday.

monday, I plugged the charger in and out of nowhere i finally got the apple logo and the startup chime.

i was considering taking it to get checked out to see if anything is internally damaged. I was making plans to purchase a new one but if i can avoid it and keep this one working i'd definitely like to save that $1300 lol

any suggestions on what i should maybe do??

Take it into the genius bar anyway; the examination would be free and hopefully reassuring.
