how do I cancel everything apple

I need to cancel everything Apple. They just renewed my Itunes account for $103 without any advance notice. I've never used Itunes. Why is it worth $103 to me? Now I am getting notice that they're taking out $40 or more for Iheart radio even though I didn't order it. I want to cancel my credit card authorization so I can't be billed for anything else. How do I do that?

There is no fee or renewal charge for an iTunes account and an iHeart Radio All Access subscription is $12.99.  If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information.
