Forgot password to iPad(desperate for help)

So I forgot my password to my iPad(disabled now), and I googled how I can reset it and there's 3 ways(via iTunes, iCloud and Recovery Mode). I tried using iTunes first but it just doesn't want to connect, this message keeps on popping up.

(It's in Swedish, exact translation becomes: Itunes couldn't connect to this iPad. The value is missing)

I even followed the guide on what to do if it doesn't connect and deleted my third party security software. Didn't work.

Then I tried iCloud, I was overjoyed with happiness when I read that I can use it. Then my hopes and dreams were crushed when it said that it'll only erase it when connected to internet. With my good luck,my iPad wasn't connected to WiFi and i couldn't do anything about it because it's disabled.

Then I read the Recovery State mode, and gave up and died because iTunes.

I saw some third party-apps but then realized that you always have to pay for the greater features of it. I died again.

How will I live? I always watch anime on my iPad ;(. JK but I'm starting school next week and my iPad is going to be very important. I mean I can give them my iPad and say that my cousin disabled it instead of saying I did it, and they might be able to do something about it.(It's a school iPad and my cousin's 3 years)

I'm desperate for help, please save my iPad, it's my only family. Except for my parent and friends.
