Customer Service

I don't have a question but a statement. I first came to be a apple user on July 7, of 2010 and had never looked at another microsoft machine sense. I had bought my first MacBook Pro and the first gen. iPad. I still have and operate the Macbook Pro but I also have the iPhone 6S, 3 first gen iPad mini's, the Air Port Extreme, and one AirPort Express that I use as a extender. I had called customer service because of a purchase I had made was suppose to be a free download of a movie that I bought, iTunes had charged me for it, I had used the included redeem code that was included with the movie.

I had called them this afternoon and explained my dilemma, and the customer service rep immediately refunded my purchase. It didn't take long for the whole ordeal. I will continue to be a apple supporter as long as I am able to. Just as of now, I have been disable since 2014 but trying to find a part time job because I would love to get my hands on a 27 inch iMac and a apple watch.
