payment cancellation

Hi,

I got an email about the purchase invoice from clash of clans App.

order id ***; Document no ****; Invoice *****

*  I didn't buy anything, why I got invoice. ,can you cancel it .

I too just got billed for clash of clans that I did not order.  $49.90.

Can you cancel this? Also tell me how to avoid in the future.

No we can't, we are just fellow users, these are user forums not iTunes Support .

 

Where are you seeing this 'bill' ? If on an email you are sure that it’s a genuine email from Apple and not a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details ?

 

Phishing and similar emails : Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing an account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via https://reportaproblem.apple.com)

 

If it's a genuine email and it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and nobody else has access to the account, contact iTunes Support : https://support.apple.com/contact . And change the account's password https://appleid.apple.com - after changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.

 

If it's a phishing email you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.



to whom it may concern , I did receive a email from you all about a purchase I did not make and I would like very much that it be cancelled, and any information about that transaction that accured would be very helpful, thank you
