Moving to Argentina

I want to take a new iMac to Argentina. What do I need to do to safely plug in?

Does apple sell a cable or adapter?

Is a surge protector enough or should I put it on UPS?

My understanding is that the power will go out several times a year so I want to make sure it is protected from that, as well as ok for daily use (obviously).
