How do I make the menu bar stay while in full s...
Hello,
I am currently new to using Mac and also Sierra. I have searched on the web all day to find an answer to my question: How do I make the menu-bar stay when I have full-screen applications like Chrome, Mail or others open - without any workarounds like stretching windows to look like full screen?
I am getting pretty frustrated with this, since when I want to NOT use the menu bar and get a little too close to the top, the menu moves down and I end up clicking it instead.
I assume it is possible to make it stay on top of the screen or at least remove it entirely...
Thanks in advance and I hope somebody are able to help!
No, it's not possible. You can hold the alt/option key down and click the green grow button which will "maximize" a window instead of switching to full screen.

Works well enough, thank you!
Your welcome. For some reason Chrome does not fully maximize. Most apps do.
