Setting a different sound for the Calendar Remi...

A lot of the people I work with create appointments with reminders and due to the defaults they've used it means I get a reminder alert at 23:45.  What I'd like to do is set a different sound for reminders based on who created it or the time of the event, that way I'd not get the late night ones but wouldn't miss anything during daylight.

Any way to do it?
