application not working

Hello everyone

After upgrading to iOS 11, I can not open an application called (safe note) I saved tons of rds....when I try to open it, a message pop up saying that developer needs to upgrade this app in order to work with iOS 11. Problem is that i can not find this app in Apple store!!! What I can do??
