iTunes 12.7 slow

Hello,

iTunes 12.7 is terribly slow. I own a PC with a 6-core i7 CPU, 64 GB Ram and SSD, Windows 10, my music files are stored on a Synology NAS (1GB link). With iTunes 12.7 i takes takes half a minute time to scroll up & down between 2 Lines of Album covers, unbelieveable slow. Doesn't work for me.

Same issue on an i5 Laptop, 16 GB Ram, SSD, 1GB Ethernet Connection.

I made a downgrade to iTunes 12.6 and I am thinking about alternatives (mediamonkey Software).

What is your opinion / solution?
