Hacked. Help!

I believe my MacBookPro has been visited by malware or virus: display freezes up or goes black at any time, frequent reboots required and at times unsuccsefully. The appearance of a Guest login icon was also new to me on the initiaI screen.  I thought to remove all cookies in my browser in hopes to staunch what ever hacking might be going on ... but the capacity to do so appears to have been eliminated, deleted, incapacitated (I'd follow the support articles on how to do this: launch Safari/Preferences/Privacy and there should be a checkbox "Remove all cookies" which does not appear in my system... (something a hacker might disable, don't you think?). I went perusing through the System Information folder and under Software/Frameworks I found all ... except for five Frameworks had been obtained from Apple.  The five "Unknown" Framework Names are: FaceCoreLight (last modified 15/07/17); Ghostscript -vs.703 (last modified 29/09/13); GPUCompiler (last modified 24/07/17); MediaBrowser (last modified 29/10/16); vecLib (last modified 04/04/17).  I think I should remove these from the Frameworks file but have no clue has to how to go about it, Taskbar/File/ delete is not an available option.  I live in Brazil so I can't just go walking into an Apple Store for this kind of help.  Appreciate any assistance from anyone, look to hear from someone experienced in this kind of problem and to perhaps to indicate what I need to look for on my laptop and how to take it back. Grateful for any help.  Regards, Max

Safari > Preferences > Privacy has no check box to "Remove all cookies" you do that by clicking on "Manage Website Data". The stuff in Frameworks is default and shouldn't be touched.

If you think you may have malware download and run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC. It gets rave reviews and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac.
