Responsible for purchases, but no way to turn i...

I recently upgraded to a Family plan on Apple music, and can find no way to turn off their ability to make iTunes purchases without asking me first. When i enrolled my kids, it did not ask if they were adults- but it assigned them as adults. Is there a way to disallow iTunes purchases, or at least make it so they have to ask the Organizer (me), before they can make the purchase with my Visa card?
