NEED AN URGENT SUPPORT

Dear Apple Team

I has installed Notes Lite App long back on My iPad Pro and yesterday i have updated my iOS to version11. Due to this update i am unable to open or access Notes Lite App in which i have saved and edited my personal documents which i need it very urgently.

Troubleshooting done from my end. I have installed Notes Pro App which is higher version of Notes Lite App but too i am unable to access My Personal and Very Important Files.

Please suggest how do i need to downgrade the iOS and will the downgrade of iOS helps to retrieve my Data.

With continuation to the above query i have also tried to copy Notes Lie and its Content on other devices such as PC and on iPad Air but i am unable to copy this App. So please let me know what is the best solution to backup my data from Notes Lite App and how to access the same.

Please Note Notes Lite doesnt support iTunes or iCloud backup. Is there any other way to sync it or get the data backup from it.
