Your Payment was declined

Ok, so this is my first time adding payment method I was trying to buy diamonds on mobile legends and was redirected to add my payment method when I filled up my payment info and pressed done it says "Your payment was declined. To make this purchase, provide a new payment method for your Apple ID" How do I fix this? This is not a debit card associated with a prepaid account. I know how much is in my checking account.
