Bonjour.msi missing from iTunes 12.7.0.166 32

Bonjour service is not installed as part of a clean install of iTunes 12.7.0.166 for Windows 32-bit.  This is because the Bonjour.msi file is missing from the iTunesSetup.exe file. Without the Bonjour service iTunes is unable to see apple devices in the local network (so you can't sync thru wifi). I went back to the previous iTunes version (12.6.2.20) that doesn't have this problem. I hope it doesn't take long for Apple to notice and correct the problem but I was wondering: has anybody tried installing iTunes 12.7 with the 32-bit installer and then using the bonjour.msi file extracted from the 12.6.2.20 iTunesSetup.exe to install only the Bonjour service from the older version?
