purchase confirmation

i recently got a confirmation your suspicious order verification email. i opened it because i haven't purchased anything and i went as far as to where it asked if i didn't purchase this to visit the i tunes payment cancellation form. i was afraid to put my password in . i checked i tunes purchase history and there were no recent purchases.

i don't know if i should fill out the cancellation form or if this e-mail is a hacker trying to get my password.

has anyone else gotten an email like this. i would never purchase a physical fitness app that cost $399.99 for 3 years

It’s phishing. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.

Other people have posted about similar phishing emails (it's not from iTunes/Apple, they don't send 'payment cancellation forms') -  you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
