iTunes is crashing on PC

Hi,

I downloaded the latest Windows version of iTunes on my Windows 10 Enterprise laptop and it crashes every time I try to open it. I don't receive any error message. It just opens for a millisecond and closes.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does not work. I restarted my computer several times.

The same thing is happening to other colleagues of mine.
