Missing documents in iCloud

Hi

I have 200 GB space in icloud and I saved all my document and papers in it since 2011, I depend on it entirely.

Im using windows 10 laptop instead of my macbook pro, temporary. until I buy new one, and I use icloud drive and it was working just fine. Today, I wanted to check on a document but I couldnt find anything in icloud, both in the laptop and icloud.com. I dont know what to do now as I have many important documents and pdfs saved in it but now they disappeared.

Can you thankfully suggest what can I do, or whom to contact.
