Don't post personal info such as your email address, we are fellow users and these are user public forums, you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here - I've asked the hosts to remove them.

Have you gone through the page that you posted from and looked at your iTunes account's purchase history ? Or could it be an authorisation hold ? The page that you posted from has links with instructions for both of those : If you see "itunes.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support

If you want to contact iTunes Support (they can only help with purchases on your iTunes account, they can't help you if the card has been cloned and the purchase is on somebody else's account, for that you have to contact the card issuer) : https://reportaproblem.apple.com or iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
