HELP! MacBook Pro Shut off and cannot power on

Woke up Thursday morning to find a dead MacBook Pro. Steps I have tried

 

1) Tried Outlet power cord was plugged into (it works)

2) Tried New Power Cord

3) Checked connection for debris (none)

4) Tried the Control /Option/Command/Shift reset (nada)

 

Any other ideas? I have not added memory.

I should also add that nothing changed overnight and there were no power surges or anything like that.
