New Computer migration from the old.

I am getting a new iMac, and wonder what is the best way to copy everything from my clone drive, was made from an iMac 2013 OS Sierra, to the new machine. Here are the options:

1. Migrating from an external clone drive by Super Duper

2. Migrating from the new computer using migration assistant or older computer to the new one.

3. Using Super Duper (have no idea how) Do I need to install it again into a new machine?

4. Migration from using time machine

5. Reinstall all applications and plugins, over 2,000 of them (a few weeks of a nightmare)

6. Do I use a wifi?
