Instagram gaining fake reviews on Appstore

Let's take a look at Instagram rating on Ukrainian or Russian AppStore. It has approximately 4.5 stars and 1200 rates.

What is the problem?

1) The number of rates grows extremely fast. At the beginning of the week Instagram had ~700 rates. Now it has 1200 rates. Furthermore, which app has so many rates? It doesn't look naturally.

2) Then take a look at reviews. Most of them are the same BUG REPORTS. There is one bug that has hundreds of users: app crashing after the launch. So users need to delete app and install it again. They need to do it several times a day, therefore we have a rise of Instagram downloads.

So Instagram doesn't fix the bug and just pushing positive feedback.

The question is:

1. WHY APPSTORE DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS HARMFUL BEHAVIOR OF INSTAGRAM?

2. How Instagram gaining fake reviews with 5 stars?

3. Does Appstore rate give any useful statistics anymore?
