os Mac High Sierra

Has anybody already downloaded os Mac High Sierra? Just wondering if its worth the update and if it is working good enough for me to download. Cause with Safari new version was not that great so was wondering if would make it better and worth downloading it?  How long does it take to download and install casue i need to use my iMac?

Thanks I did read that i apprecite your help. I one of the best out here you have helped me many times and will take your word for it. If you look at all your response to me you will see we have been communicated thru here many times and will take your trusted advice. I am using cable modem and started the download per you and its still going so maybe a little slower than yours.
