Mac mini what models are? (MGEN2D and MGEN2GU/A)

Hi all,

I want to buy an Apple Mac mini Intel Core i5 2.6GHz (in Greece) and there are two models: the MGEN2D and the MGEN2GU/A

Does anyone know the difference? I searched to apple and in the google but I could found any info?

Can those models upgrade to High Sierra?
