Looking for an Apple Watch 3 compatible app tha...

I just got my Apple Watch 3, and I'm going slow so I don't break it!

 

I can track my walking (steps) fine with the Activity app but I want to be able to see all my calories burned throughout the day.  Plus, I want to add calories for walking, yoga, bicycling, etc etc.

 

Disclosure: I've been using a Fitbit Flex for the past couple of years, and FitBit broke it with a crummy software update. It's causing the Flex to burn through battery power, sometimes inside 12 hours. It counts steps and calculates your calories burned in a day, and I've been able to get it to live for a 24-hour day, and charge it every night. It's been great keeping the weight off (30 pounds), and I'm afraid that if I don't have an app that does what I want it to do I'll slide back into the poundage. An

Once it has been set up, the Activity app runs continually in the background, tracking Active Calories burned during both general daily wear and when recording any workouts.

 

To record specific fitness activities, be sure to use the Workout app and to select the activity type that most closely matches your activity. The Workout app does not automatically recognise or record workouts.
