Late 2011 Mac possible memory leak

I have a late 2011 Macbook Pro(13 inch) that shows hardly any Available RAM

 

 

Virtual Memory Information:

    794 MB    Available RAM

    42 MB     Free RAM

    3.22 GB   Used RAM

    752 MB    Cached files

    210 MB    Swap Used

 

I read on a thread that there might be a memory leak or some other issue that I can fix to make this laptop faster.
