my macbook pro is very slow

hi my MacBook pro runs very slow.I also have avast antivirus and i wonder if it slows down my system or do I really need any antivirus on MacBook pro. I think after updating to iOS sierra -system is slower.

I have run etre check.  Please help me solve the problem!
