SpaceAge MacBook Pro intermittently hangs momen...

Helo,

I bought my new SpaceAge MacBook Pro 2017 just in August.  This problem occurred since day 1, but now almost end of September and I've experienced continued intermittent hangs while in Safari and other browsers and apps momentarily, can be up to 30 seconds.  Does not crash.  Is this a known issue,or should I take my laptop in for exchange before its too late for the warranty?

You are going to have to take the 14 days up with Apple not here on ASC. That is their policy and always has been.

If you don't wish to make use of Apple support, you can try the following suggestion.

I suggest you use the program created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  It will provide a snapshot of your system which we can analyze to possibly determine the cause of your problem. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

The exchange period is 14 days.

You can make an appointment with your local Apple Store for them to examine it and tell you what the problem is.

Thanks Allan.  14 days seems low very for something so expensive and complex to debug and determine if something is wrong?  But, has anyone reported similar issue?  My first thought is that some software bug or configuration, as it is intermittent and does not crash the laptop, just non-responsive to Mouse clicks for about 10-30 seconds.  I hoping this will get fixed in newer version of Mac OSX.
