Logic X does not see Pro Tools HDX card.

Using a new Mac Pro, running El Capitan 10.11.3, Pro Tools 12.4, & Logic 10.2.1. Pro Tools works fine & sees the HDX card, but Logic X does not. Am Imissing something? Are there compatibility issues?

We would be happy with the CEO at Apple and Avid music tracking audio needs high direct Channel Voltage on tracking and headroom and stand alone tracking not Games and Internet apps we treat recording better like tape reel to reel why no OS no Windows direct channel voltage and control We have large-scale consoles intel will never be stable with large-scale studio consoles

Simple answer is.. Pro Tools and HDX hardware use proprietary drivers. Logic looks Apple system wide Core Audio for interface drivers. Check with Avid to see if the HDX card has Core Audio drivers you can install.
