Can’t seem to find io4 update on my iPhon...

Can’t seem to find io4 update on my iPhone 7 or watch series 2. Search for update says watch os 3.2.3

All Apple Watch models can be updated to watchOS 4 if the paired iPhone is an iPhone 5s or newer model that has first been updated to iOS 11.

Follow the instructions here, starting by making a backup of your iPhone:

• Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
