MacBookPro set up from scratch & Time Capsu...

Hi

I would like to set up from scratch my MacBookPro (2012) with the upcoming OSX (NewSierra) and restoring from TimeCapsule Backup ONLY my applications and documents.

How can I make sure that?

Need some help.
