I want to change my backup email and also reset...

Ok so I want to change my backup ID but I can't do that with out putting my answers to my security questions but I can't remember the answers to them, but I can't change them ether because I can't change my backup email.

If you can reset the questions yourself ( If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions) try contacting Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
