App update notification will not disappear

The update is trying to install new instruments and loops for garageband (although I do believe that they are installed) but shows the error message "The update has been deleted since being downloaded from the Apple Software Update server.(301)"

If I click 'update' again the button changes to 'installed' but the update notification will not disappear.

 

Following an earlier post I've tried to delete the /private/var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n00000s0000068 but am not allowed to do this.

Even sudo rm -rf (the above path and name) will not remove it.

Chmod will not allow me to change the rights either.

 

How can I solve this or is there another way to get the update to stop giving constant reminders?
