Permanently set my start up disk/default OS?

I bootcamped my macbook pro to run windows, and set my mac as the startup disk in the system preferences (saved the changes and restarted my mac) and it works until I boot into windows - after that, the startup disk becomes windows. How can I make it permanently start up on my mac OS?
