Stand glowing bar on watch not working

Hello,

When I click on the activity app on the watch and scroll down, there are blue bars that indicate the Stand hours. The current hour's bar used to glow, so it was easy to know if I've been credited for the current hour.

I've tried restarting watch and phone. I reset the watch to factory settings and reinstalled it as new. Both my watch and phone OS are updated to the latest versions.

Anyone know how I can get the glowing blue bars back?

(This problem started with watch OS4.)
