I need to switch my payment to none

I used a pre paid card a few months back to purchase some gems for a game. I can't get rid of it! I can't download apps update apps etc. this is my third attemp contacting you. How hard could it be I can't get Facebook my apps are disappearing it's ridiculous I need help again!!!

FYI, this is a user to user technical forum. You are not talking to Apple employees.
