poor quality of tv programme downloaded

I have bought two series of programmes from I Tunes - when they have been downloaded, the quality is terrible, the scenes jump and there are green bits displayed. How can I delete the original download and re-download it, so it is in better quality. Other programmes downloaded today have been fine - i have tried to download the problem programmes from the cloud again, and the problem still exists.

You can delete an episode by selecting/highlighting it in the TV Programmes section of your computer's iTunes library (assuming that you are using a computer's iTunes as you don't give any information) and pressing the delete button on your keyboard, and then going to the Purchased section (Account > Purchased menu option) and redownload it.
